Terms and conditions of use

§1 General Provisions

  1. The Regulations define the rules for using the online store available at: [www.lumineco.eu] (hereinafter referred to as the "Store").
  2. The Store is run by Lumineco with its registered office in [Nowy Sącz ul.Stadnickich 40b], NIP: [NIP number 7343556226], REGON: [REGON number 369478550].
  3. Contact with the Seller is possible via:

§2 Definitions

  • Customer – a natural person, legal person or organizational unit making a purchase in the Store.
  • Consumer – a Customer who is a natural person making a purchase for a purpose not directly related to business or professional activity.
  • Product – a movable item available in the Store (e.g. body mist, cosmetic).
  • Sales Agreement – a distance contract concluded between the Customer and the Seller.
  • Regulations – these regulations.

§3 Technical Conditions

    1. To use the Store, you need:
      • a device with Internet access,
      • a current Internet browser,
      • an active address e-mail.

§4 Placing orders

      1. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
      2. To place an order, the Customer selects a Product, adds it to the basket and finalizes the order by filling out the order form.
      3. Placing an order means concluding a sales agreement.
      4. The Customer receives a confirmation of acceptance of the order by e-mail.

§5 Prices and payments

      1. Product prices are given in Polish zloty (PLN) and include VAT.
      2. The delivery cost indicated during ordering is added to the price of the Product.
      3. Available payment methods:
        • traditional transfer,
        • online payment (e.g. Przelewy24, PayU, Blik),
        • cash on delivery (if available).

§6 Delivery

      1. Products are shipped within Poland via courier companies or parcel lockers.
      2. Order processing time is usually 1–3 business days from the moment of posting the payment.
      3. Shipping costs are visible when placing the order.

§7 Withdrawal from the contract (consumer law)

      1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
      2. This period is counted from the date of receipt of the Product by the Consumer.
      3. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer should send a declaration of withdrawal to the e-mail address or registered office address Seller.
      4. The payment will be returned no later than 14 days after receiving the returned Product.
      5. The Product should be returned intact, unless its nature excludes such a return (e.g. hygiene products after opening).

§8 Complaints

      1. The Seller is responsible for defects in the Products in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code.
      2. A complaint can be submitted in writing or by e-mail, attaching a description of the defect, proof of purchase and contact details.
      3. Complaints are considered within 14 days from the date of receipt of the notification.

§9 Personal data protection

      1. The administrator of the personal data of Customers is Lumineco.
      2. Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of order fulfillment and in accordance with the privacy policy Store.
      3. The Customer has the right to view their data, correct it and request its removal.

§10 Final Provisions

      1. The Regulations are continuously available on the Store's website.
      2. The Seller reserves the right to change the Regulations. Changes come into effect within 7 days of their publication.
      3. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, including the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
